| Bob and Erica are pleased to announce the addition of "Raven" to our kennel. We are very grateful to Pam (Ausbed) for allowing us to take him on. We are looking forward to what we believe will be a very successful career in the ring starting early July 2014. Watch this space. Raven commenced his show career with 4/6 Baby Puppy in group wins on the July show weekend 4th - 6th July 2014. During Raven's second show weekend the score was 1 - 1 between himself and Gemma (Wurroit Blue Diamond), Raven has won the baby head to head competition 5 - 3. Raven will still be in Baby Puppy for the next shows while Gemma will be playing for points as a minor puppy. The head to head battle will resume in November. Raven has taken Baby in Group at the three ASK&DSC shows on the August weekend and was awarded Baby in Show on the first of those shows. Raven has now earned his first Championship points with a nine point Best of Breed over Ch Isotop's Viking, Ch Piako Rhapsody in Blue and Wurroit Blue Diamond. Raven continues to perform well in the ring and over our recent run of eight shows he has taken dog challenge on four ocassions beating Eric who is approaching his Grand Ch title. At this rate it will be a toss up between them on whether Raven achieves his Ch title before Eric achieves Grand Ch. Raven has had a very good weekend over 30 April and 1 May taking one Best in Group and three Runner up in Group awards out of five shows. His Best in Group award qualified him for his Aust Champion Title. Raven continued to achieve very good results across a number of shows in 2016 with a number of Best in Group and Runner up in Group awards. As a result he was the Number 1 Terrier (Dogzonline Pointscore) in the Northern Territory in 2016. He has continued to perform well across 2017, is currently the Best Bedlington Terrier (Dogzonline Pointscore),in the NT again taking a number of very good results in the Alice and Darwin. He has also sired his first litter, courtesy of Ch Wurroit Blue Diamond with a litter of three very nice blue bitches whelped on 2 November 2017. We look forward to seeing some of them in the Ring. |
